- 2-3 lb Chuck Roast
- 1 Packet Chili Seasoning
- 4 Cups Beef Broth
- BBQ Sauce
- Cheddar Cheese Slices
- Brioche Buns
- Pat chuck roast dry. Place in slow cooker and pour chili seasoning on top, patting it into the meat. Pour beef broth in bottom of slow cooker. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Meat will be fork tender when done.
- When ready to serve, preheat oven to 375 degrees. Remove meat from slow cooker and shred. Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil. On the bottom of each bun, place meat and top with a slice of cheddar cheese and place on your sheet pan. Leave the top bun bottom side up to toast the inside of the bread. Bake for 7-8 minutes or until bun is slightly toasted and cheese is melted. Top with your favorite BBQ sauce.
