Fixin’ Supper


  • 1 pack – Flatbreads, pitas or pizza crusts
  • 1 jar pizza sauce
  • 4-5 Basil Leaves, julienned
  • 16 oz Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 4 tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 3-4 Roma Tomatoes, sliced thin
  • Olive Oil
  • Minced Garlic, optional
  • Toppings of choice
  1. Drizzle some olive oil on your pizza base and spread around using the back of a spoon. Add a pinch of minced garlic, if desired. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  2. Spread ~3 tbsp of pizza sauce per pizza, or more if desired, leaving a thin border around the entire pizza. Then layer with tomatoes, mozzarella cheese and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese. Next, add desired toppings being careful not to overload your pizza (less is more here!)
  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes in 425 degree oven or until cheese is bubbling. Add basil and cook another 1-2 minutes.
  4. Take out and allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
