- 1 pack – Flatbreads, pitas or pizza crusts
- 1 jar pizza sauce
- 4-5 Basil Leaves, julienned
- 16 oz Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 4 tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 3-4 Roma Tomatoes, sliced thin
- Olive Oil
- Minced Garlic, optional
- Toppings of choice
- Drizzle some olive oil on your pizza base and spread around using the back of a spoon. Add a pinch of minced garlic, if desired. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Spread ~3 tbsp of pizza sauce per pizza, or more if desired, leaving a thin border around the entire pizza. Then layer with tomatoes, mozzarella cheese and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese. Next, add desired toppings being careful not to overload your pizza (less is more here!)
- Bake for 8-10 minutes in 425 degree oven or until cheese is bubbling. Add basil and cook another 1-2 minutes.
- Take out and allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
