KOREAN GOCHUJAN BEEF BOWL

Korean Gochujang Beef Bowl
  • 1 Carrot, peeled into ribbons
  • 2 mini cucumbers, sliced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Bachan’s original Japanese BBQ Sauce
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups Jasmine Rice
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish
  • 2 tsp Gochujang paste
  1. Prepare veggies and set aside. Cook rice according to package instructions, or use microwave rice to save time.
  2. Saute beef over medium high heat. Drain excess fat and return to pan. Season with Japanese BBQ sauce and Gochujang paste. Mix well to distribute evenly.
  3. Arrange bowls with rice, top with beef and veggies. Garnish with more sauce, sesame seeds or your choice of favorite bowl toppings.
