- 1 Carrot, peeled into ribbons
- 2 mini cucumbers, sliced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Bachan’s original Japanese BBQ Sauce
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups Jasmine Rice
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
- 2 tsp Gochujang paste
- Prepare veggies and set aside. Cook rice according to package instructions, or use microwave rice to save time.
- Saute beef over medium high heat. Drain excess fat and return to pan. Season with Japanese BBQ sauce and Gochujang paste. Mix well to distribute evenly.
- Arrange bowls with rice, top with beef and veggies. Garnish with more sauce, sesame seeds or your choice of favorite bowl toppings.
