  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/3 cup Honey
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 6 Chicken Thighs
  • Salt & Pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 475. Line a large baking sheet with foil.
  2. In a small bowl, add the honey, balsamic vinegar, thyme and oregano. Whisk to combine.
  3. Pat chicken dry and season to taste with salt and pepper. Add the chicken to baking sheet. Drizzle some of your honey balsamic mixture on each piece of chicken and use a brush to glaze the chicken. Reserve a little glaze for the cooking process.
  4. Roast in the oven for ~20 minutes, checking halfway through cooking and brushing the remaining glaze. Chicken is ready when the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
