No need to call for help….I tried two bottles that I had in the fridge, but they had been in there too long since I’d first opened them. So, my bad. Then, I opened a new Beaujolais Nouveau [redundant?] and I didn’t care for it. I LOVE Beaujolais Nouveau, but I’d never tried this one before. Sigh.
Now I’m trying again with a white Burgundy. This is too much work. If it doesn’t work out, I’m going back to water.

Beaujolais is a crap shoot in November. In March, you were smart to have a backup. (or three)
Cee, that’s an excellent point on the Beaujolais. I should have thought of that myself. As it is, I also let the 4th bottle freeze after sticking it in the freezer for a quick chill. I think God is sending me a message not to drink tonight. :)
nah – god told me that he wanted you to drink…
How about a Pinot Noir or a Sauv Blanc? Let’s find a sitter and go to a tasting!
I know very little about wine except that you gotta drink Beaujolais noveau when it’s noveau, like Nov or Dec and still tastes like grape kool-aid. By mid-winter, it taste like grape kool-aid with metal shavings and cigar butts.
I know….I don’t know what I was thinking last night. Ha, I was thinking, it’s snowing, it’s still winter, this wine will be fine!! ;)
I never did get any wine last night. Oh well.
