but regardless - you&#039;ve got some now and i can&#039;t wait to see/hear all about it.  but remember - you might need a few tried to perferct your technique... try it with walnuts too as they cost a bit less.  practice.  make it your specialty.  a great baklava is hard to find....

i&#039;m impressed at the passion behind it.

also - this monday at noon.  the gerst house.  lunch.  we&#039;re doing a thing.  some foodies.  lesley is going too.  just wanted to keep you in the loop.</description>

		<description>I have a big ol&#039; bottle of rosewater here at home! I&#039;ve just never made anything with it. You get rosewater at Middle Eastern groceries--my favorite is on Thompson Lane just east of Nolensville in a little L-shaped shopping center near a good Persian restaurant. They also have it at the K&amp;S World Markets.

If you haven&#039;t been, you must go to House of Kabobs on White Bridge Road. Their baklava is not overly buttery and honeyed and is made with pistachios. It&#039;s so good. All their food is good. And I swear, when traffic&#039;s light, it&#039;s an easy drive between East and West Nashville!</description>
